Mitchell Krause, also known as MXK, is an artist, musician, songwriter, and producer from Cincinnati, Ohio.
He is currently making a name for himself in the pop/electronic genre.

Influenced by many of today’s top electronic and pop artists, MXK’s latest song “Confessions” is heavily inspired by the sound of Bruno Mars’ “24k Magic” Album, as well as Calvin Harris’ new “Funk Wave Bounces Vol.1”. Hoping to recreate this sound in his own music, MXK started to replicate the funky pop style by creating bas lines and then sampling sounds from old 90s hip-hop music. For “Confessions”, MXK took the funky pop style to the next level by including fellow artist Austin Nivarel on vocals.

“Confessions” is part of MXK’s upcoming EP “Summer Vibes” which features two other songs of similar sound. The EP will be available in May.
