Written by Nkese P Heads Up High is the first single off of her debut EP entitled Multi-Dimensional. Heads Up High serves as a positive,feel good song about pushing on through tough times. Nkese refers to the song genre as Conscious Dancehall. The video was filmed in Nkese’s native land, Trinidad and Tobago. Having a keen interest in representing her Caribbean roots yet appealing to an international market, her music is best described as ‘World’, blending elements of Soca, Dancehall and Island Pop.
