Born into a troubled childhood in St. Louis, Missouri, kCAne MarkCO lived in the city at a time when it was the “Murder Capital” of the USA. Surviving and learning to live on the streets, kCAne MarkCO experienced many hard lessons. During time in prison, kCAne MarkCO began working on his music writing skills, expanding on his already solid freestyling ability. Now, after the death of his mother from cancer, and in recovery from his third nearly fatal gunshot wound, kCAne MarkCO has turned all his effort into music. The experienced artist has worked with Bonecrusher, Gorilla Zoe, 2 Chainz, and Waka Flocka Flame.
